Wombok can be enjoyed:

Steamed as a side dish or used as a wrap

Stir fried as part of an Asian style meal

Served raw as a Wombok Salad or Coleslaw
Eating one serve (approx 75g) of Wombok will benefit your bones, joints, brain, nervous system, heart and immune system.*
Wombok is also known as Chinese Cabbage.
Wombok is planted weekly from March to September.
It will be available at good greengrocers from Sydney to Melbourne.
