Korean Radish

 

Korean Radish can be enjoyed:

  • steamed, and added to dishes such as curries or soups

  • stir fried in asian style dishes

  • roasted

  • raw in a salad or as a snack food

  • pickled in dishes such as kimchi

 

Eating one serve (approx 75g) of Korean Radish will benefit your brain, nervous system, heart and immune system.*

 

Korean Radish is a mild flavoured winter radish and is native to east Asia. 

 

Korean Radish is planted from April to September.

It will be available at good greengrocers from Brisbane to Melbourne.
